Waist measurement = Measure the width of the waist band and double the answer.
Length measurement = Measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg hem (inside leg).
Small : Waist = 28-30 inches. Length = 30 inches.
Medium : Waist = 30-32 inches. Length = 32 inches.
Large : Waist = 32-34 inches. Length = 33 inches.
Extra Large : Waist = 34-36 inches. Length = 34 inches.
